Good to know before you buy
When will my order ship?
We ship from the Vale, to addresses in the United States. Orders placed by 5:00 PM CT, Monday to Friday, are packed and out the door within 2 business days. Shipping is USPS at the carrier’s real rates for your order’s weight, with no handling fee added.
Are collectibles final sale?
Yes. Collectible value depends on an item staying sealed and untampered, so all collectibles and trading-card products are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the item. We review every case individually, and returns, replacements, and refunds are not guaranteed.
What if I buy something you cannot ship?
Our stock counts are kept honest across every place we sell, but if we ever sell you something we cannot ship, you get a full refund, a note from the Keeper, and first claim on the next restock of that item. No store credit games.
