Shipping, returns & the rules of the house

Shipping Policy

• We ship from the Vale, to addresses in the United States.
• Our standard: orders placed by 5:00 PM CT, Monday to Friday, are packed and out the door within 2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT, or on a weekend or holiday, enter handling on the next business day. That's the standard we keep on every channel we sell on, and this shop is no different.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout at USPS carrier rates based on your order's weight. The shipping line is postage; we do not add a handling fee to it. You pay the actual postage for USPS Ground Advantage, calculated by the carrier from your order's weight, nothing padded on top.
• Every physical order is packed by Verdant Vale LLC's own hands. Sealed product ships protected, graded items ship rigid and padded.
• Tracking is provided by the carrier as soon as your label is live; transit time after handoff depends on the carrier and your distance from Missouri, and we'll always tell you honestly where a package stands.
• Digital products (books, Tracker Pro) are delivered by download link after payment, by email and on your confirmation page. If your link expires or fails, contact us and we will resend it.
• Two honest exceptions. Far Shore pre-orders ship in 4 to 6 weeks as described on the Far Shore shelf, and their shipping is charged when the order ships, not at checkout. And during an away window announced in the bar at the top of this site, orders ship by the date that bar states.

Returns & Refunds: Final Sale

Collectible value depends on an item staying sealed and untampered, so our policy is simple:

• All collectibles and trading-card products are final sale: sealed and graded cards, boxes, and packs included. No exchanges. A replacement we choose to offer after an individual review is a courtesy, not an exchange right.
• If something's wrong, contact us within 30 days. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, send us a photo of the item. We review every case individually, and returns, replacements, and refunds are not guaranteed.
• Digital downloads are final sale once delivered. If your file won't download or the link fails, tell us and we'll resend it.
• The oversell promise (printed on purpose): our stock counts are kept honest across every place we sell, but if we ever sell you something we can't ship, you get a full refund, a note from the Keeper, and first claim on the next restock of that item. No store credit games, no waiting rooms.
• Two promises stand apart from final sale. The Pre-Order Guarantee on the Far Shore shelf keeps its own terms, and an order we cannot ship at all still earns the full refund in the oversell promise above.

Privacy Policy

We sell things; we don't sell data. The short version: we collect what we need to fill your order and run our services, we share it only with the services that help us do that (Wix, USPS, and the marketplaces), and you can ask us what we hold, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it.
