ValeSync™ | Inventory and Distribution

Sell it once. We pull it everywhere else.

ValeSync is built to watch your connected stores: when an item sells on one platform, it pulls that item from your other connected platforms on its next sync check, before a second sale can cost you a cancelled order, a refund, and a strike. Founding enrollment is open now; sync switches on per account as each platform clears (see the honest part, below). It runs on the web: no app store, no download, nothing to install.

Founding enrollment: the honest part

ValeSync is opening in founding stages. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, card required, and sync switches on per account as each platform clears. The first 50 paying subscribers lock launch pricing for life: a Founding 50 seat is taken at your first paid conversion, and a failed payment is protected for 30 days while it is sorted out. That is the Founding 50, and it applies to every tier, Tracker Pro included. All paid tiers Nothing here is vaporware dressed as a feature: what each plan includes is listed plainly below, and what is still being built is labeled “in the works,” further down.

Sold-sync, watched every few minutes All paid tiers

One sale on a connected store pulls the listing from the rest. Every action ValeSync takes lands in your activity log with the receipt, so you can always see exactly what was pulled, where, and when. One-of-one inventory stops being a gamble.

The command layer (Tracker Pro) Tracker Pro

Offers and the ship queue in one place: what buyers are offering, what sold, what needs to be packed and out the door. Built from the same workflow that runs Verdant Vale's own stores every day, and the founding tier gets it first as it rolls out.

Snap-to-List intake Tracker Pro

Photograph an item with your phone (front, back, barcode) right in the browser, and file the photos straight onto its catalog record. Try the intake screen from your account once you are signed in. Weight, listing packs, and publishing grow from those photos.

The product, on screen

Meet the tracker ValeSync grows out of

ValeSync is not a rendering or a promise. It is being built on a tracker that already runs a real store every day: the Verdant Vale Command Deck, in its working red and black. The screens below show the Deck running sample data, not our live catalog, so our real figures stay our own.

The Command Deck inventory screen, shown with sample data: totals cards for catalog value, units on hand, items in catalog, and the action queue, a red oversell watch banner, and a demo inventory list with per-platform listing flags and prices.
The Command Deck, our own working tracker, shown with sample data. The oversell watch rides on top of the inventory: single-unit items live on two or more stores are flagged in red, so one can never quietly sell twice.
The Command Deck offer ticker strip, reading Offer Received, with sample eBay offers and their amounts.
The Offer Received ticker, shown with sample offers: new offers land in the Deck the moment the watch spots them.

On Etsy today · Tracker Pro download

The version anyone can buy right now

Inventory Tracker Pro is a real product, on sale today in our Etsy shop, VerdantValeLLC, as a $24.95 one-time download (version 1.1). The screens below are that product, the blue-black download build, distinct from the Command Deck above. One honest line: the download does no automatic syncing. It is a sharp manual tracker with platform flags; automatic sync is the ValeSync platform feature now in build, and founding members are first in line as it lights up.

Tracker Pro dashboard, shown with sample data: stat cards for SKUs tracked, total units, inventory value, and low stock and out of stock alerts above the inventory table.
One dashboard for every platform, shown with sample data: live cards for SKUs, units, value, and stock alerts, recalculated as you work.
Tracker Pro record a sale panel, shown with sample data: an item picker with live stock counts, platform and sale price fields.
Record a sale in one pass, shown with sample data, and the quantity drops on the spot.
Tracker Pro sales log, shown with sample data: revenue today and total, with the logged sale and its platform badge, and the sold item's stock already decremented in the table above.
The Sales Log, shown with sample data, keeps revenue by day and total, with undo if you fat-finger a sale.
A ValeSync card reading: subscription service, sign-up required, first week free, runs in your browser, nothing to install.
ValeSync itself is not the download: it is a subscription service that runs in your browser. Sign-up required, and the first week is free.
  • Every item carries its platform flags (eBay, Walmart, Facebook, Whatnot, TikTok) and a Live, Queued, or Unlisted status, with search, filters, and sortable columns.
  • Sale pings: a desktop notification and a chime the moment a sale is recorded.
  • CSV import and export for backup and bulk loading. The download runs fully offline, no account, and your data stays in your own browser.
The front of the ValeSync flyer: the golden tree over the Command Deck inventory list, headlined Sell it once. It's gone everywhere.

Take the flyer

The ValeSync™ story, on paper

Made for shop walls, show tables, and the front of a listings binder. The full flyer tells the whole story on one sheet; the handout is the same story on a smaller card, made to pass to the next reseller you know. Both are free to print and share.

Four tiers, one ladder

Every paid plan begins with a 7-day free trial, card required. No charge is made during the trial. We email a reminder two days before the first charge, showing the amount and the date. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged, and your access runs to the end of the trial. Billing continues monthly until you cancel. To cancel: sign in at verdantvale.org, open your ValeSync account page, choose “Manage billing”, and cancel your subscription in the billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your access runs to the end of the paid period. No email-us-to-cancel, ever.

Collector: the free plan

Collector is a live free plan, not a roadmap item: a home for the cards you own, with up to 100 cards, a 50-entry wantlist, and 4 photos a card, and your figures labeled as your own estimates, not a market value. It stays free: no card is asked for, and nothing turns into a paid plan on its own. On the paid side, Pro includes Collector with no card or wantlist cap, and Scale and Tracker Pro carry no caps at all. Start collecting, free.

Founding rollout note: platform connections switch on per account as each platform's commercial approval clears, and the plans above already count Walmart alongside eBay, per tier. Founding members are first in line for each platform as it lights up. Your Founding 50 launch price is locked for life while your membership runs continuously, whatever switches on later. Full Founding 50 terms, counting, lapse, and tier changes, are in the ValeSync manual, Part 4, and will be restated at checkout before any charge.

In the works

On the roadmap, honestly labeled: not part of any plan today, and never sold as if it were.

Vale Rips Spec stage

Pack rips opened live, with each pull shown as it happens. Still a spec, not a product.

App-store apps Later

ValeSync is web-first on purpose: everything, including the phone camera for intake, works in the browser today. App-store versions follow when revenue justifies their cost.
