Show Nights in the Vale
October 16, 2026 · by the Keeper of the Vale
Twice a week, the shop turns into a room full of people.
Every Wednesday and Saturday at 8:00 PM Central, we go live on Whatnot as verdant_vale_llc. The Keeper is on camera holding the actual product, sealed boxes, tins, graded pieces, the same stock you see on these shelves, and the night runs the way a good shop night should: auctions that start low, surprise sets, giveaways between the big pieces, and a lot of talking about cards.
How a show night works
- Come as you are. Watching costs nothing and plenty of folks just hang out for the rips and the company.
- Everything is the real shelf. What sells on the show comes off the same inventory as this site, and it ships from the Vale, packed by our own hands.
- Giveaways are part of the furniture. The Vale gives things away every show. It’s the house rule, not a special event.
- Fast shipping is the other house rule. Show orders go out quickly; our Whatnot buyers say so more politely than we would.
Tonight: wheel night
Tonight is a Friday, which in the Vale means wheel night: the wheel comes out, spins decide fates, and the deals get a little extra chaos in them. If you have never been to a show, a wheel night is a fine first one: loud, generous, and over before you want it to be.
Doors at 8 PM CT. The Live Shows page always carries the next show and the countdown. See you in the Vale.
