Care for the collection, by hand
The Collector Care desk is a service, free at launch, where the crew lends its hands: verifying a slab, reading a population report, or answering a storage question. You send the details, a person does the work, and the answer comes back by email.
What the desk does

Population report lookups
Send the grader and the cert number. The crew looks it up by hand and replies with what the grader's own report says, sourced and dated. The numbers live in that reply, never on this page.
Service 3
Storage and care guidance
Questions about sleeves, binders, storage, humidity, light, and the everyday handling of a collection. Ask in your own words and get an answer from a person who handles cards daily.
How answers come
Lookups are done by hand and answered by email in the order received. We do not promise a reply day.
