The Watches Atlas
An independent reference. Verdant Vale is not affiliated with Vacheron Constantin.
Vacheron Constantin is the oldest name at this table by generations. Jean-Marc Vacheron opened his Geneva workshop in 1755; François Constantin joined as a partner in 1819, giving the house its double name, and the Maltese cross has been its symbol since 1880. It is the oldest watch manufacturer in continuous operation. Since 1996 it has belonged to the Richemont group.
The house's signature is complication finished by hand at small scale, around twenty thousand watches a year. Its Les Cabinotiers department builds one-off pieces to order, and in 2015 it delivered the Reference 57260, a pocket watch carrying 57 complications, the most ever fitted to a mechanical watch at the time.
1996
The house's luxury sports line, descended from the steel Reference 222 of 1977, designed by Jorg Hysek.
2004
Round, slim dress watches drawn from the house's 1950s models, home to the Calibre 1731, the thinnest minute repeater of its kind.
2007
The artistic line, where dials become miniature paintings and engravings; its modern form opened with Les Masques in 2007.
Not a shelf line but the bespoke department: single pieces built to a client order, including the Berkley Grand Complication of 2024, with 63 complications.
20 pieces from other eBay sellers stand on the Radar for this house, swept November 2, 2026. Every seller clears the Radar bar of 99.5% positive feedback with at least 1,000 feedback, US sellers and fixed prices only, and every find carries eBay's Authenticity Guarantee: the seller ships the watch to eBay's experts, who verify it before it is delivered to the buyer. No Guarantee, no find, at any price. Each card names its seller, and that seller is who you are buying from; the Vale earns a small commission through its eBay Partner Network links at no extra cost to you.

The Watches Atlas is an independent reference published by Verdant Vale LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, or Vacheron Constantin, and every brand and model name on these pages belongs to its owner. The watches shown here are other sellers' listings on eBay, gathered by the Vale Radar: those sellers set the prices and sell and ship the watches, and every find carries eBay's Authenticity Guarantee. Verdant Vale earns a commission through its eBay Partner Network links at no extra cost to the buyer. Prices are dated from the day the Radar read them; the listing on eBay is the offer that counts.
